L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité de tous les points d'intérêt. Le personnel est très accueillant, gentil et toujours prêt à nous aider pour organiser nos activités. De plus, la chambre était nickel, propre et dotée de tous les équipements nécessaires.

Nous avons été gênés et réveillés par des bruits de travaux juste en face du bâtiment, débutant très tôt (dès 7h du matin). ​Nous sommes passés par l'hôtel pour réserver un tour de bateau privé, mais la communication a été difficile. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver le point de rendez-vous car les liens googles ne sont pas precis et, une fois sur place, le personnel ne parlait pas anglais. Résultat : aucune explication durant l'excursion, ce qui est dommage pour un tour privé de 4h pour un prix élevé.

Чисто, вид из окна и крыши отеля - шикарный! Спасибо Роману и Валерии за теплый прием, за то, что сделали наш отдых намного легче и приятней, многие хлопоты взяли на себя, мы им благодарны и советуем всем это место и, главное, этих людей🫶🏼
