"Pésimo trato al cliente"

Cuando llegué, no había forma de acceder por el portal. Tuve que esperar a que saliera alguien para poder entrar. No se me indicó el número de habitación, por lo que tuve que probar en los 4 cajetines de seguridad para las llaves. Ninguna abrió. Probé muchas veces y nada. Llamé al dueño por teléfono pero el número facilitado ni siquiera daba línea. Imposible contactar con él. Al final, le escribo un mensaje por la vurstra app, y me contesta que la habitación no está libre, que sigue ocupada por el anterior huesped. Que cancele mi reserva. Y me busque la vida para encontrar algo un sábado por la tarde en Seattle. Increíble.
