Very clean, spacious apartment in a central location. Benedetta was so helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions and help with anything we needed. They even had some breakfast and dinner foods there for us.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like these things, but just a few things to note: There is no air conditioning on the main floor, but that is not anything they can control. The bed upstairs is small. There is a really comfortable pull out couch in the den so we all had plenty of room to sleep!

The hosts were very welcoming. The apartment was beautiful and had many amenities to make our stay comfortable. We had one issue, and the owner worked diligently to resolve the problem.

The apartment was really nice and cozy, and 3-4 minutes from piazza il campo! Unfortunately we had a problem the first night in the upstairs room, the blind of the window didn’t work, so we woke up at 6 in the morning. But we talked with Benedetta and they found the solution the same day!! Benedetta,was really polite and we had a great communication the days that we were at her place!We also forgot our keys for the car we talked and she helped us!

Beautifully set up and centrally located to walk to most of the old city sites. Thank you so much to the lovely owners who were attentive helpful.

The space, location, and host were very nice. Would recommend this apartment while staying in Siena.

Since it's in a ZTL zone, you can't park near the apartment. The nearest parking garage is a bit pricey or it's a 30 min walk to the other lot.

Absolutely top notch apartment, large modern, comfortable, well equipped, loads of storage space, owner parents met us to handover keys. We could live here ! Parking fine over the road for motorbikes but cars might be more of a problem. Easy walk to centre.

Spacious closest, lots of room, great location, very clean, liked having washer/dryer, very warm and inviting.

The top bedroom would have been nicer to have a larger bed and air conditioner upstairs.
