Anche se una casa, la struttura offre tutti i servizi meglio di alcuni hotel: disponibilità posteggio, distributore di acqua (naturale e frizzante), possibilità di farsi un caffè, tisane e un bicchiere di vino a piacimento. Lo staff è professionale, gentile e disponibile. La camera è fornita di tutti i comfort possibili e inimmaginabili (piastra per capelli, kit per cucito, ferro da stiro, sapone intimo, caricatori di tutti i tipi per tutti i dispositivi, quadro tv digitale e moderno). Il letto e i cuscini sono veramente comodi. La colazione mista di prodotti freschi dolci e salati. Consigliatissimo!

All of our accommodations in Italy were really quite good, but Casa Mirko contained something I've never seen before: on the nightstands were numerous charging wires, all ready to be plugged into our devices. (No need therefore for any sort of adapter for our American plugs!) Our host was also quite friendly and showed real resourcefulness and concern for his guests.

Non è che non mi e’ piaciuto. Per me che amo il silenzio, c’era in bellissimo orologio, ma un avrei preferito non ci fosse il ticchettio. Ma è un nonnulla.

Servizi: a disposizione gratuitamente acqua, vino, frutta, caffè e tisane. Parcheggio interno (nel nostro caso concesso anche oltre l'orario di checkout). Gestore disponibile e presente. Grande soddisfazione.

Our host (Mr. Mirko) was simply the best! He is extremely attentive, showed us every detail about the location. The facilities are 5 minutes (walking) from the train station and the room was just perfect. Very spacious bathroom and to the amazement of my girlfriend, even had a hair iron (in addition to the hair drier). The place is very clean and well thought out. We left very early so we did not experience the breakfast. We left at around 6am and Mr. Mirko was there, waiting to bid farewell and even volunteered to take us in his car... something very few hosts would do. Mr. Mirko's dedication and attention to detail is admirable. Thank you Mr. Mirko!

Jsem opravdu překvapená. Profesionální přístup majitele, vybavení nové, wifi 100%, k dispozici celý den kávovar i sklenka vína. Do centra cca 150 m, parkování u penzionu. Majitel nám doporučil i osterii se skvělým jídlem za slušnou cenu. Děkujeme, zpříjemnil jste nám pobyt v Arezzo.
