Beautiful Double En-suite Room, separate entrance, Ilford, Central line Gants Hill, free parking

The room is extremely clean and arranged with a lot of attention and care for details. Julia is a very welcoming host and we enjoyed talking to her. The weather was nice and it was a pleasure to walk through Valentine Park. We will definitely come back. Thank you, Julia, for your kindness and for your pleasant presence!

Excellent location and parking for our needs

Perfectly location for our stay visiting family. Went for a lovely walk in Valentines Park. The room was a great size and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. Out host was very nice and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, very handy for visiting Parkrun at Valentines Park. Good value too. Shower was lovely.

Could do with a small TV or radio. Was awoken by the dripping gutter outside the window.
