ESSe trata de un piso en un edificio de viviendas antiguo. La habitación parecía “correcta” pero nuestra sorpresa vino cuando nos despertamos y vimos chinches (a simple vista unos 6-7) por el colchón. Mandé fotos y me contestaron que me quedara “tranquila” porque todo estaba revisado y que debía ser un bicho que entró por la ventana. Les informé que no era un “bicho” sino varios y tengo el cuerpo con todo de picaduras a raíz de la reacción alérgica que puede provocar en ciertas personas la picadura del chinche de cama. He solicitado un reembolso de la habitación y ni me han contestado. No lo recomendaría a nadie.

PLPrivate apartments in building 3 floors. STANDARD of rooms higher than on photos. Location OK not far from OLD TOWN of city LA LAGUNE. The bedding should be covered. Generally apartments clean. The ADVANTAGE is that there are 3 different bathrooms. Also it was warm during cold weather and rain. LACK OF INFORMATION ABOUT LOCATION.
BUT THERE WERE NO NUMBERS OF BUILDING therefore I was looking for this building 3 hours till 1.00 in the night. NO TAXI DRIVER, NO local people could find number of building... Iwas cold and scared...it was very dark...and started to be dangerous... ALSO I RECEIVED gmails from owner in small, small letters, it was a problem to read this. Also I had no code...in gmail. The owner should demand that buildings in the neighborhood be marked with large numbers, as the stairwell is located in a very unpleasant, unlit area, and it's dangerous for someone coming from another country, especially a woman. The taxi driver left me alone because he didn't know where the building was, even though it was right next door. Then, following directions from locals, I found another street with the same number, but that wasn't it. I walked around freezing for three hours. I arrived late because I had unexpected travel difficulties. Besides, THIS IS NOT A HOSTEL, and I was looking for a hostel because that's what it said. ALSO I SUGGEST TO DESCRIBE MORE ABOUT LOCATION and how to find this. Maybe photos how to FIND BUILDING from main road. Entrance to building was on the other side without lights in the evening... It was dangerous. It should be map.

BRThe hostel is clean including the bathrooms. Good shower, good bed.
The building where the hostel is located is old, in bad conditions. Also, there is an "Airport shuttle" on the advertising that does not exist, which was one of the main reasons why I booked this place.
DEPrivate room was okay.
The price was very high for what it was. Hard to find as it's a flat that's been used for tourism. The neighbours were a bit scary.
