Cosy 5 beds 2 bathrooms parking town House in Coventry City near Amenties CONTRACTOR DIGS

The size wasnt too bad and there was 2 bathrooms but not clean.

There was cob webs everywhere and dirty wardrobes/closets. The house wasnt well equiped with essentials such as dish soap,mops, vaccum,toilet/kitchen tissue and bathroom cleaning products. The bathrooms smelt of urine and had mould on the walls. The radiator in the upstairs bedroom sounded like a generator when turning on and off. The beds werent clean. There was no instructions on how to operate the boiler. The wall decor on top of the bed fell off and hit my cousin while he was sleeping. There was dead bugs in the living room and bedrooms. Every room was damp and had mild smells. We called the staff and they didnt want to let us have a later checkout or reimburse. Instead they wanted to give a 10% discount if we rent out the place again which will never happen again. The kitchen door wasnt upto fire regulation standards either. They came to the property while no one was in the property to drop off a vaccum and when leaving they entered 10 minutes before our leaving time and invaded our privacy.

It was very clean and had amenities very close. The owner was very helpful when I contacted her with an inquiry.

The stairs were very steep and could maybe do with a railing on both sides.

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. The WIFI was brilliant.

The 2 Showers in the property are horrendous and the TV is awful

Very clean property, kitchen amenities perfect, comfy beds with fresh bedding. Two bathrooms which is excellent when staying in group like ours. The WI-FI was fast and managed well with 5 of us plus using Netflix on the TV. Well maintained garden area too. Overall a great stay and we would return!
