This apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful period house, previously a wool factory, that has been in the same family for generations. Jorge, the host, is very generous - he greeted us with beer and a nice chat about the city and its attractions. The space in itself is big and comfortable, decorated with some charming antique objects that are original to the house. Everything in the flat is functional, there's parking space inside the property and the view from the courtyard over the mountains is regenerating. Honestly, I cannot imagine a better starting point for a cultural trip to Granada. Thanks Jorge, we won't forget your hospitality!

The property is at the end of a road, very quiet with a lovely outdoor area including lemon and pomegranate trees. Town centre and many restaurants within easy reach. Bus to Alhambra just a few minutes away. Very friendly and helpful owner of the property. Rooms clean, good bathroom and kitchen amenities. Definitely recommendable for trip to Granada. Everything was nice

This was probably the best accommodation I had in several years. This review is valid for the apartment located at the ground level (with 2 bedrooms/3 beds and a small living). The apartment is in a quiet area, with a very nice yard, full of blooming trees, spacious, with at leats 3-4 places to have an evening chat outside, if the weather allows, with parking space inside the yard for 2 cars. The furniture is classy, sculpted wood, classic but not old, solid but not not big, with plenty of room for clothes and other stuff. The bathroom is big enough, very well lit and well aired. The kitchen has everything one needs for several days (except a chinois for tea...). Everything was spotless, the house is nicely decorated and rooms are noise proof. The lady that represented the host (the host was on vacation) did a very good job, describing various tips and places. It is always the details that make the difference and this host knows it. Congrats!

The second bathroom connected to the apartment that I reserved (advertised as such) is only a wc. The description of the sections of the big house is not clear. My reservation stated that I got the entire apartment, of 400 m2 (which of course I did not need) with 7 beds (which again I did not need). The description of all individual rooms or apartments should be clearer.

Extremely friendly owner and supporting staff. I had an expectation from other reviews, but they exceeded it. They were waiting to receive us, show the apartment and property around. We had a welcome drink and a good talk about what to do in the city, how to get around. You can park inside the garden, but a large car would not pass the gate. We managed to get in with a Peugeot 3008. With the mirrors folded, there was a few centimeters left on each side, for reference. We walked to the city every time, a few minutes walk to a supermarket and the first good restaurants. We have also walked to Alhambra, on an almost straight line uphill through small streets and the park (the bus line zigzags to get up there).

Nothing really. But be aware of very narrow streets to get to the location, it's best to drive a little further and drive through regular streets, for your driving comfort. The apartment is part of an old building, but that we saw as part of the charm of the place. It is well preserved and maintained. The kitchen is small but still fully equipped.

The hospitality of Jorge is great. The staff was very helpful to give advice about Granada. The apartment is authentic and perhaps looks old. But still it is very nice to stay here. It is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Also having a free parking spot was a nice to have.

Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working.

Location, owner, drink on arrival plus a bottle of wine for later. Beautiful property especially after the owner told us the history of it. A lovely place to stop with car parking so close to the centre.

The host (Jorge) was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The Carmen (house) was gorgeous!
