The apartment is quite spacious and clean. It's convenient that the beach is accessible. There is a grocery store nearby.Also a lot of cafes .Communication with the owner Amr was very polite and accessible. There was a situation where we slammed the doors and left the keys inside the apartment and couldn't get in) Amr arrived very quickly and resolved the situation without any irritation.

Amr, the owner, is extremely kind and helpful, always ensuring the comfort of his guests. The apartment is perfectly equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. It is located in a calm, pleasant area, with Carrefour just nearby. The property offers a private beach area with sun loungers, providing a beautiful view. The ground-floor swimming pool and sun loungers make relaxation especially convenient. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quality, carefree stay.

Amr picked me up at the airport (for an additional fee) and took me to the flat. He showed me everything and encouraged me to contact him, in case I would need anything. Some days later, he brought a new frying pan, because the one in the flat was burnt and scratched. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away and the entrance is free.

At first sight and at night, the flat looked clean. However, it is not clean. I had to clean the shelves in the commode and the ward robe before putting my clothes. When I met Amr on the beach, I told him that windows, mosquito doors, shower partition, cup boards, knobs at the oven, behind the fridge, the oven - nothing is clean. He replied that "they" (the housekeeping) don't do deep cleaning. In addition, the bed does not smell fresh and hence, the smell in the flat is not really nice. The cup boards need to be fixed as well. The flat is not maintained well. It's a real pity, because it is a nice flat. But maybe, Amr will take more care.

Lovely spacious apartment. Amr (the host) is extremely kind and helpful. You get access to the beach, which is just a short walk away. Nice café and well stocked market in the same building. Highly recommend 👌

The beach closes at 5pm, but its just one of those things.

Dieses Apartment ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren super zufreiden. Amr war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns die Anlage gezeigt und im Apartment alles erklärt...bei Fragen stand er immer zur Verfügung. Es war alles sehr sauber und funktionsfähig.die Lage ist super und man hat einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer .ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt nebenan .Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen dass bei unserem nächsten Urlaub dieses Apartment wieder frei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ☺️Danke an amr für die schöne Zeit

Lovely and quiet apartment and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay with the added bonus of a lovely large swimming pool and free access to a nice beach, perfect location very close to a big supermarket and shops bars and restaurants in the sort after location of el mamsha
