A very nice comfortable room. Easy access and parking and close to my event the next day. Reception staff were polite and informative

I didn`t like not having access to boiling water in the room and fore went my early morning cuppa because I needed to go out of my room to the instant hot tap. (not a pretty site in my boxers). There was no plug in my sink which made wet shaving interesting but not impossible. Although food was excellent I didn`t like the motel diner set up for food.

Great to have straightener in the room

Would be good to have kettle in your room so you dont need to go out in your PJs to get hot water. A luxury would be a mini fridge.

We had a quiet room, the bed was very comfortable, the towels and toiletries were luxurious! We were very impressed with the Dyson hairdryer and the shower was wonderful. Overall the room was very well thought out. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

The only problem was that electric vehicles were using normal parking spaces and our petrol car was forced to park in the EV space!

Poor tv reception, food at mollies restaurant wasn’t good

Everything. Was completely different from what we expected. Super friendly welcome from reception staff. Rooms were modern & very comfortable. Bathroom was well equipped & lovely toiletries provided. Free tea coffee at reception. Hot water tap in lobby to enable you to make your own drinks. Dyson hair dryer & straighteners provided. Access to Mollies Diner also excellent.Would definitely stay again.
