Central Gaia 2BR Large Terrace Parking Metro Near Avenida

The apartment was very spacious, clean and has 2 fabulous balconies.

Mattress was not great.

Spacious, clean, great accessories, elevator was definitely an asset. Staff was very helpful. The complimentary wine was a very nice touch.

Instructions to range, microwave and tv would have been an asset and two keys would have been more convenient

Communication with the host, Wei, was very timely & helpful. Appreciate it!

Mattress in bedroom next to bathroom was very hard and uncomfortable for me. I could feel the spring coils. Hardly slept the first night. I found a quilt in closet to put on top of mattress subsequent nights which helped. My friend said the mattress in other bedroom was okay & my friend slept without any issues.

A lot of space and in a really good location + free parking

Big and well equipped kitchen, good size dining area and comfortable living hall. Aircon & WiFi work very well. Metro station about 2 min walk ...4 to 8 min walk to 3 different big supermarket Owner, Wei was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We had a very comfortable stay.

Very good location. Very nice, tidy, clean apartments. Very helpful hostess. She received us very quickly. Upper floor. Nice view. A balcony-terrace, where you can enjoy the evening. The apartment has everything for cooking and washing clothes. Parking space.
