USThis apartment is perfect for couples. Having a living room and balcony in addition to a bedroom provides space to spread out.It is beautifully decorated yet still very comfortable. The check in system with a code is very easy to use. There is short term parking that makes loading and unloading manageable. The garage for the building is right across the street with easy access. There is a lovely pool and the beach is only steps away. The apartment owner is wonderful and stayed connected with us throughout our visit. My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our accomodations.
USUSOverall really nice space. Check in and out was easy enough. Liked the secured parking garage. People in the building were pleasant. The pizza shop downstairs was decent.

The room floor grout was beyond dirty. Grout was way over due cleaning. Baseboards need touch up painting. The room overall care seems to have been poorly maintained by property.
USIdk if we had neighbors in the rooms beside us but I liked the fact that we couldn't hear anyone else while we were in our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Nice view of the ocean and the town
The coffee maker in the room didn't work. I didn't like the shower has shampoo and soap dispensers that was refillable. That's kind of nasty but we had brought our own anyways. We was going to get in the pool and we checked the water and it was warm the day before but when we decided to get into it it was cold so we didn't get in it I didn't like the fact we had to walk over a block before we got to the garage. I was just thinkful it didn't rain till we left
USUSCheck in and check out were incredibly easy. The whole facility was nice and the security staff was super helpful with the few times I had questions. I will definitely stay here again if it’s available.
Bed was uncomfortable but certainly did not keep me from enjoying my stay. Would have been nice to have blackout curtains because of the adjacent property lights, but again, this was a minor issue.
USUSUSTHIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE RENTED AN APARTMENT. WE USUALLY JUST GET A HOTEL. THE OWNER WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN I TEXTED TO ASK QUESTIONS. VERY QUICK AND HELPFUL. THE PLACE WAS AMAZING , RIGHT ON THE WATER TOO !! NICE AND QUIET, RELAXING, BEAUTIFUL DECOR, LOTS OF AMENITIES TOO! WONDERFUL PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE AS WELL.
THE HOT TUB COULD OF BEEN A LITTLE CLEANER. THERE WERE TWO OF THEM AND THEY BOTH COULD OF USED A LITTLE SCRUBBING.
