Convenience of stores at the ground floor.

There wasn’t any blankets in the room , we had to ask at front desk . The person who is the host or house keeping left a fleece blanket at reception and we had to go collect it all the way from 6th floor there was no one to bring it to our room . That fleece looked dirty and I ended up not taking it. It’s winter the room is not furnished with aircon or heater to keep room warm or even an electric blanket and the room was cold. The person whom we were directed to make contact with which I assume would be the host we didn’t even see the person’s face he/she wasn’t very accommodating it gave an impression that he/she wasn’t keen on doing their job . The kitchen wasn’t furnished with a dish cloth or proper dishwasher. It was honestly an uncomfortable and awkward inconvenience. We tried to play the tv , no Netflix was active we had to put our own log in details to watch . Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.
