El personal fue decepcionante, no explica las cosas bien y parece que se molesta si le haces preguntas con dudas al respecto. Por otro lado, es demasiado desconfiado, pensando que el huesped es un ladrón. Por la noche es casi imposible dormir, ruidos del bar que está debajo con música y el motor del frigorífico de la habitación hace ruido. Para lavar los platos tienes que ir al baño, no recomendado. No se trata de un piso para disfrutar solo, es un piso que ha dividido en varias habitaciones con llave (y cerraduras algo rotas). A la entrada del piso hay un escalon o bloqueo que tienes que sortear para entrar en la habitación. Eso es un problema de accesibilidad si va una persona mayor o PRM, tenedlo en cuenta. Lo que debería hacer es devolver parte del dinero y no intentar vender algo que no tiene. Sus mensajes rozan la coacción. A la próxima denunciaré ante booking dicha práctica.

Ionut is a terrible host, and in my opinion, people like this should not be in this business. The host told me that the keys, including the fob for the building entrance, would be in the lockbox outside. When I arrived, the box was already open, the keys were scattered around, and the entrance fob was missing. The host did not respond to my messages at all. I had to wait outside for about an hour until another resident happened to come back and kindly let me into the building. The host only replied the next day, accusing me of losing the fob and saying that I had to pay a €5 fine. During our messages, he even claimed that I was drunk and had therefore lost it. This is completely false — I do not drink alcohol. To make matters worse, there were three men in the room next door drinking and making noise throughout the entire night. It was so bad that someone called the police. Sleeping was impossible, and the host did nothing to handle the situation. The following day, the host started threatening me over the 30 lei city tax, saying that if I did not pay immediately, he would evict me and call the police. He claimed that I was supposed to pay it right away, but that was impossible because no one met me on arrival, and the host did not answer my messages on the first day, which is why I could barely get into the apartment in the first place. I told him he could come in the evening to collect the tax when I would be back, but he refused and insisted that it had to be done immediately because he had no time later. The whole experience made me feel humiliated and mistreated. It honestly felt like, over just 30 lei, this person was ready to turn the entire stay into a nightmare. I almost never write reviews, because I usually think it is a waste of time, but in this case I felt I had to warn other people about what they might face if they book this accommodation. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment, either in this country or anywhere else.
