Posizione ottimale per muoversi verso il centro città. La struttura non è male ma andrebbe migliorata! Il proprietario disponibile

Pulizia della stanza non al massimo dei livelli. Inoltre l’intera struttura era pervasa da puzza di fumo di sigaretta per colpa di qualche cliente non rispettoso. Consiglio al proprietario di mandare via clienti maleducati. Mi è stato offerto il rimborso per tale disagio legato alla puzza di fumo (ho apprezzato il gesto ma ho dovuto rifiutare in quanto avrei trovato difficoltà a trovare altra struttura disponibile)

Сломанное окно ,оно совсем не закрывалось ( замок был сломан)Менеджер очень долго отвечал на сообщения,пришлось переехать в другой отель
