maybe the staff can be more friendlier to towards the customer ? .. no offence but if your customer is not from the town you’re in and needed help with the location of the lobby .. answer them nicely instead of mentioning the picture and say “here” .. be more specific about the directions instead of just simply saying “here” and lettin’ the customer to have their dead end and staggered around .
