The best location and quality for the price in Valencia.

The good points about this hotel are its location. It is within walking distance of the Science Museum, the Oceanogràfic, and the famous Gulliver playground, which was very convenient for families with children. There is also a bus stop about 4 minutes’ walk from the hotel, and the bus takes around 15 minutes (6 stops) to reach the old town.

However, the hotel rooms are extremely outdated, especially the bathroom. There were visible signs of mould around the bathtub, and the bottom of the bathroom door and door frame showed signs of water damage and slight rotting. The room and bathroom were also much smaller than they appeared in the photos. It was difficult even to move around while bathing my child. The room definitely did not feel as spacious as advertised. One particularly disappointing point was the swimming pool. I specifically chose this hotel because I was travelling with a child and wanted access to the pool. However, upon arrival, the staff informed us that the pool was not open, and they could not even tell us when it would open. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Ideale ligging vlakbij Paleis der Kunsten Koningin Sofia en de Hemisferic. Ook het oude stadscentrum is op wandelafstand doorheen het prachtige stadspark. Goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet,... Leuk rooftop-zwembad om te relaxen. Onderhoudspersoneel doet prima werk

Niks viel tegen. Geluidsdichtheid van de kamers us eerder beperkt.

El hotel está cerca del Oceanogràfic y del parque infantil Gulliver. Se puede acceder en dos minutos a los parques del Turia, que es un paseo muy agradable. En general no estuvimos mal, pero le sacamos muchos fallos.

Estuvimos en total 5 noches. La habitación estaba sucia. El baño muy antiguo. El desayuno arrasado (había mucha gente, no daban a basto para reponer). La piscina es una poza que hunde mucho y es bastante feúcha. No me parece cómoda para ir con niños (el acceso ademas es con escaleras, y está vallada un poco regular). Alguna persona de recepción no era muy ágil en los trámites... Tuvimos un par de problemas y se demoraron mucho en solucionarlos. No me parece que merezca la categoría de 4 estrellas.
