"The venue is fine and where its situated but the service is very poor. Worse experience ever."

The doesn't offer breakfast, it's a self catering facility

We were a group of 7 ladies booked to spend a weekend at the venue. We were given only 1 toilet paper to use for the whole weekend, again for a group.of 7 ladies we were given only 1 bath towel nobody came to the venue to ask if we are fine or if everything is ok.

Clean and convenient to the mall

Bed is not comfortable, especially the single beds, unmatching cereal bowls. One towel for 8 sleeper. Toilet tissues 1 for 2 days .

Aircon didn't warm up. I had to buy a heater because my children cough all night on night 1.
