Espaço bonito, bem decorado, com excelente iluminação. Cama confortável. Apartamento bem equipado, especialmente a cozinha.

Escadas para o quarto (que fica numa espécie de cave) demasiado estreitas e íngremes. A casa de banho do quarto tem um cheiro constante e acentuado a fossa/esgoto, que acaba por contaminar o quarto. Há muitos insectos (mosquitos, melgas, etc) no quarto e casa banho.

Its a very cute livable apartment for a few days or a few weeks. The balcony and private terrace were a lovely treat. Also, a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits was a welcome. Big washing machine located in an outside space was appreciated. Kitchen had all materials needed for an extended stay. Great light!

Took an uber to pick up keys, and was prepared to walk a bit to a different apartment as it was mentioned in several reviews. What I was not prepared for was that the pick up location as noted in a faded sign, was incorrect and was another 3 blocks uphill with luggage during peak afternoon heat (and then having to walk the 20 minutes with luggage thereafter). When I mentioned this to the check-in office, they apologized and politely explained that the company has something like "500 apartments" and they thought they changed the information for all booking sites. This lack of attention to details was also reflected in some areas, such as the back garden was a bit in disrepair with a half torn down/set up inflatable hot tub with the motor leaking water all over the floor in the washing space.

Location excellent, dehumidifier very much appreciated

Don't like having to walk 15 minutes from the property to pick up keys at the corporate office.

Very comfortable place, with nice kitchen and nice place for rest.

Odeur nauséabonde au niveau du salon, 15 min de marche des principaux sites d’intérêt (mais rapport-qualité prix très vs d’autres options peut être plus prés), propre mais pourrait l’être plus

Moderne Wohnung mit zwei Terrassen. Die Aufteilung auf zwei Ebenen und die Einrichtung sind schön. Das Auschecken war sehr unkompliziert möglich.

Die Unterkunft bzw. insbesondere das Badezimmer war leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Es lagen Haare auf dem Boden. Die Dusche und Toilette waren nicht richtig sauber.
