The building is very nice and clean

Probably the hidden roads towards the building. And maybe they should stick more boards on the walls of the street, to help find the place easily for the new visitors.

The staff Abdu was exceptional. He treated as really well.

The property was in the medina, very close to the tanneries and to the other tourist attractions. It was renovated, the bed was confortable, we had hot water in the shower, the breakfast was tasty and the staff was welcoming.

As every other riad in the medina, they weren't prepared for the cold of the december nights and only had a small heater in the room, but if you left it on during the whole night, the temperature in the room was good. In our room, the draining system wasn't the best, but the owner knew about the problem and was about to fix it in the near future.

Host was amazing, welcomed me personally and made me feel comfortable. Helpers and managers there became good friends with my partner. It felt like my home. The riad was very cosy, beautiful with its architecture and design. felt like staying in my own mini palace

This is not about the riad, but when the weather gets cold the floor might be too cold for ur feet. make sure to have enough insulation on your own

Beautiful character filled room deep inside the Medina which was great fun but perhaps a little too deep into the Medina at times when getting a bit lost. Staff were lovely. Breakfast good, especially with eggs. Would stay here again and great to live for three days inside the Medina world. A great experience not to be missed.

Access to the property is actually OK but it's at the far end, deep inside the Medina. Not a problem if the taxi drops you off at the correct location. Arrange a pick up with the Riad in advance and a man with a cart will meet your taxi from the airport and load your luggage directly inside the Riad. It's a bit isolated and lonely location but absolutely fine for me even at night but some may find it daunting. Google maps sometimes got a bit out of whack but It ultimately got us back to the riad. Nice sunny rooftop too.

Amazing location , in the heart of the ancient medina The staff was amazing, Spécial thanks to oussama who was extremely friendly as well as to the girl working there who cook3d breakfast (didn't get her name) , they were very friendly and made the stay amazing

If I had to give one bad comment, it's that the alley the hôtel is located in , Is a little dirty and trash is thrown That is no way the responsabilité of the hôtel, however if they somehow manage to find a solution for that , I'm sure it would make the stay even better and attract more People You should consider putting more and bigger signs to point the location to attract more People, as the alley isn't viewable from the main streets But regarding the hôtel itself , I have no complaint It was a 10/10 expérience for that price
