Modern apartment in Chueca INF3Iz4

Good location

No TV. First this was denied & then when sent photo admitted it had just broken down but on reading previous reviews saw it had not been there for over a month. Should have been told beforehand as would not have stayed there. Also bed mattress far too soft & worn out. Had to sleep on the couch. Minimal supplies provided, not even plug for the sink.

Very good host , apartment in the center , good location

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The location is great. All tourist sights are very near and in walk distance but public transport is also close, if needed. There is also a small supermarket right next to the apartment. The communication with the host was great and they always responded very quickly to our questions. Would definetly recommend.

The location was convenient, as it was close to the city center. The host was responsive and communicative via WhatsApp.

The warm water in the shower ran out after one use, though it was fine the next night. No toiletries were provided, and the supply of toilet paper was very limited. I was asked to pay a fee for checking in after 18:00. While I later saw that this was mentioned in the listing, it wasn’t very clear initially. However, an alternative arrangement was made. The main entrance door was difficult to unlock, and using the keys was a constant struggle.

Excellent communication with the host. The Wifi code didn't work right away, and they got right back to us. It was easy to pick up the keys at a close convenient store. The key on the house door is a little finicky - just be patient and don't wiggle it too hard. Place was super quiet, very clean, bed very comfortable. Excellent location - right in the heart of Madrid. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We did run out of hot water one evening after one person took a quick shower, there wasn't enough for the 2nd person. The second night that did not happen. So we were not sure if it had to do with usage in the building at the time.

The location was optimal, the size of the apartment was good, and it was clean. The host was also attentive to any requests.

The room didn't have a fan or proper ventilation, so it was quite hot.
