Bagnina della piscina assolutamente maleducata con scenate fuori luogo e critiche contro i villeggianti delle vacanze brevi

Le principal atout de cet appartement est la vue. Juste magnifique. Vient ensuite la piscine qui est grande et surveillée par un maître nageur. Le petit hic c'est qu'il faut la mériter en faisant 150 mètres de montée à pied.

L'insonorisation de l'immeuble est inexistante et le voisin du dessus très volubile surtout le soir. Il faut le savoir.

Ottima vista. Parcheggio privato interno. Ampia zona living e terrazza esterna. Ottimo servizio piscina e navetta.

Interni un po’ datati, da aggiornare. Rumori al piano superiore un po’ eccessivi nelle ore notturne.

La vista è meravigliosa e la casa accessoriata di tutto, accogliente e pulita.

Entrambi i bagni sono ciechi. Mancava il tavolo esterno nel terrazzo che era presente in foto. Sarebbe stato bello cenare fuori.
