Všetko bolo super,aj ubytovanie aj čistota aj vybavenie až na menši detail (zlomeny nožík alebo druhý tupý) ale to nieje negatívum ale len taký postrech :) Ale celkový dojem sa Nám aj deťom páčil ,citili sme sa prijemne ,snád niekedy aj nabudúce ,Košice sa Nám veĺmi páčili.

Jediné také pre mňa negatívum aj keď v dnešnej dobe je to už normálne ,osobný kontakt aspoň pri check out. Kvôli kontrole bytu kde sa potom vracia depozit kvôli poškodeniu.

Priestranný, veľký a svetlý apartmán. Veľa úložného priestoru. Deti ocenili krásne ihrisko.

Nemáme čo vytknúť.

It's a great option by price-quality-location criteria.

I was surprised by the very non-transparent way of getting the keys to the apartment. To begin with, you have to check in. OK, this is normal. But a 9-step check-in is nonsense! Why do you need to re-request information that is already in Booking? Especially such 'important' information as nationality, citizenship, date of birth, address, and so on. The requirement to take a photo of the documents and then take a selfie is completely incomprehensible, and this is not even asked for when authorizing a bank or receiving government services! This is absolutely unacceptable! Especially since this is about obtaining Personal Identifiable Information, and I have not agreed to provide it anywhere. I couldn't get through this check-in with the weak internet on the road and incomprehensible data validation. It's an interesting idea to make everything automatic. But the implementation is terrible. It's not terrible in technical terms, although there are issues here as well. It's terrible in terms of marketing. Because this automatic check-in is obviously made to make life easier for the owner of the property and for the users as well. But due to incorrectly placed emphasis, the original goal was replaced by another, which made life much more difficult. And I'll say it again, because I work with this all the time: this check-in violates PII protection laws.
