"Okay for just the overnight stay but still poor"

Staffs were helpful.

We stayed there for 1 night as we had early morning train from Howrah. Selected this property based on photos and reviews. Below are my feedback - Property photos are misleading. - Linens were not clean at all. They used whites, but lots of stains and marks. - Commode was not in good condition, had lots of stains. - shower and bathroom fittings were rusty. - Online booking details were wrong about kitchen, they have no kitchen or food facility. They do provide plates and spoons once you order from outside, again not very clean plates. - Rooms had weird smoky smell. - No lift and surprisingly no railing on the staircase as well. Very difficult & not advisable for elderly people.
