First, they took out bags to the room and what was a great service! When we arrived, our AC wasn’t working. The manager/owner who was very busy with their restaurant too, stopped what she was doing and made sure the AC would work to get us through the night. Then, she had a repair man out the very next morning and was there with him, ensuring our unit’s AC was fixed! She acted quickly and prioritized us and that’s something you don’t see every where. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! We really enjoyed our Vernazza stay at Camere Nicolina 4!

Exceptional host who was very friendly and helpful with sharing information. The property was very clean and tidy and regularly serviced during our stay. It was also a perfect location being very close to the train station but with double glazing the train noise was not a problem. The daily breakfasts were appreciated and offered a good selection of Italian food.

The location is near the train station, which is a plus, but also a minus. The room is comfortable, the shower is exceptional - very good water pressure. Breakfast is diverse and good.

The noise of trains at night. Cleaning in the room is done superficially.

The staff is friendly and the apartment is new and well kept.

The apartment was really tiny and just in front of the train station, hence a bit noisy. Breakfast was disappointing in quality and in spectrum of choice.

The location next to the train station, the extensive breakfast buffet at Ristorante Vulnetia and our exquisite room with all the nice modern features and decor.

Room a good size for a solo traveller. Modern bathroom, good facilities and nice breakfasts. Staff were friendly and helpful!

In such a small town I would imagine everyone would hear some level of noise from the train station - this room is pretty much directly ontop of the station... so very noisy. I slept ok as I had earplugs which helped but would have had no hope without them! On the plus side, can step out of the accomm and straight to the station. Two of the pillows definitely need replacing and the bed a little hard but this was not an major issue for me as I stayed only 2 nights.

Location was very good. Easy walk to landmarks, restaurants and shopping. Cristina at check in was very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and orientation of the area. Cristina was a big help in providing information how to take water taxi from our unit to the airport.

Unit smelled musty. Could use additional ventilation/dehumidifier? Automatic chemical air freshener was not a good solution in fact it was nauseating. Beds were hard. Not for great for us but some people might prefer this? Checkin paperwork and contract was intimidating when we did not know what we were signing for. Never experienced this before when booking a stay through Booking.com

A cosy room which we rather liked. Equipped with everything we needed.. Conveniently close to the station. We arrived early evening and Francesca met us and was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast at a nearby cafe bar was excellent.

A microwave would be useful. However the hob and kettle met our needs. The nearby train noise started rather early in the morning.
