UALa Spezia was the last city on our trip to Italy. Unfortunately, we only planned to stay here for two nights. This apartment was the perfect place for a long stay in Liguria. The owner, Rosy, met us at the entrance to the building and showed us a private parking place where we could leave our car (only 150 meters from the building). She told us where to find good food, the best beaches, and how to get to the nearby towns... And what delicious cookies she bakes! The apartments are very comfortable and have everything you need. There were three of us, and there was enough space for everyone. I highly recommend it.
NLEen heel fijn en comfortabel appartement, met veel zorg ingericht en aangekleed. Schoon en voorzien van allerlei lekkers. Ook buskaartjes aanwezig maar alles ook op loopafstand goed te doen. De eigenaresse Rosy is erg vriendelijk. Heel handig dat er een privé parkeerplaats is. Leuke buurt en restaurant Caran aan te raden. De stad La Spezia is niet heel bijzonder maar goede uitvalsbasis voor Cinque Terre en Portovenere.

FRNous remercions Rosy pour son accueil et ses cookies fait maison (ils étaient délicieux). Nous avons aussi disposé de tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuné (café, thé, petites friandises). L'appartement était confortable et assez spacieux pour 2. Cet appartement est proche de la gare pour les cinq terres (10mn à pied)
La montée des escaliers (3ème étage), surtout en fin de journée après avoir marché plusieurs kilomètres, mais ce fait est non améliorable et ce n'est qu'un petit détail.
FRTrès bon accueil, très fonctionnel,. On s'y sent comme à la maison. Place de parking. Je recommande

USAll good. Only thing is it's on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. Had to carry heavy luggage up all four floors. Other than that it is a great place.
