Room was spacious

Housekeeping only changed the bed sheets once and that was only because we complained about it not being cleaned after four nights. Even then all the pillowcases were wet. All eight of them! I have never experienced that ever in my life at any other hotel.

Very clean with great aesthetics.

The services are nowhere near 4 stars. None of the staff are trained for this job. The valet is a horrible mess. They declined my request for taking my belongings to the room. I had to wait so long every single time I had an interaction with the valet staff. The parking is valet only. I had to request an earplug midnight because the trailer/truck noise during the night is just terrible. And guess what? They MADE me walk down the lobby to pick it up. They said we don’t provide room services!!! The restaurant staff was also untrained. They MADE me sit at the bar at 8:30 because “their tables would become dirty”!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE STAFF EVER. Also, they charged me for a breakfast that was already included. A $680 reservation magically became $1000!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Citrine! Wonderful staff (a special thank you to Selby for her kindness and for going out of her way to always help us)! Clean, beautiful, property and impressively quiet for being on a busy street! We felt very welcome!

The closet was too small & there were only 2 drawers in the entire room — at the very bottom of a desk/sofa. The lighting was poor. There was NO overhead lighting. Despite the fact that this hotel is rated 4-star, it did NOT have a concierge and it did not provide room service. It was not located near stores nor salons. All stores & salons were a 15-20 minute drive away, which cost $26-$30 each way with Tip vis. Uber
