Уютная квартира с очень интересной планировкой на двух этажах, несмотря на небольшую площадь, создается впечатление просторного помещения. Очень чисто, профессиональная сантехника. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Общение с хозяином происходило по переписке, все необходимые инструкции для заселения/выезда получили вовремя. Расположение очень хорошее, достопримечательности находятся в пешеходной досягаемости. Ближайший продуктовый магазин вообще под боком. Парковки нет, нужно заранее позаботиться об этом, если приезжаете на машине. Две ночевки однозначно мало в столице.

Окно на первом этаже до конца не закрывается, остается небольшая щель, из-за этого шум с улицы мешает, за это у кроватей лежали беруши.

Perfect location, included everything we needed.

It was on a very busy road which unfortunately was also being dug up so it was extremely noisy. Without the roadworks it would have been fine. Earplugs were provided.

Ήταν πολύ ωραίο το κατάλυμα.. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο Σε κεντρικό σημείο ..

Το ότι κάνανε έξω από το σπίτι έργα . Θα ήθελα να έχει και πετσέτες προσώπου..

Lovely modern apartment, with nice design and personal touches. Great showers, good kitchenette. Very comfy beds Super helpful, very responsive host. Answered all our questions. Very close to Plaza Mayor

Very central location, although it was noisy at night as you are right at street level. Currently undergoing roadworks on street.

La ubicación, porque estás en el centro cerca de todo.

El departamento tiene un ruido constante por estar sobre la calle y no contar con aislación acústica. Actualmente hay una obra importante en toda la cuadra (desde hace varios meses), con maquinarias y obreros trabajando todo el día justo frente a la ventana, lo que hace imposible permanecer durante el día o abrir las cortinas y ventanas. Nadie nos informó de esta situación antes de reservar, por lo que recomiendo consultar con el anfitrión si las obras ya finalizaron antes de confirmar la estadía.
