A wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the majestic Dhauladhar mountain range right from the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spotless beds and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. The hotel's location is excellent, walking distance from Naddi viewpoint.Special thanks to Praveen,Harshita,Rangil.

Can't pay by card, we don't live in India so we don't have phone pay. Grumpy male manager.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the snow-covered Dhauladhar mountain range, which made every morning and evening feel truly special. The scenic beauty from the room was unforgettable and one of the best parts of the stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always helpful whenever needed, making the experience even more pleasant. The WiFi connection was strong and reliable throughout the stay. The hotel also has a lift facility, which added extra convenience. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay with amazing hospitality and stunning mountain views. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed at Aliza Inn & Suites Dharamshala from 12–13 May 2026 (original booking was from 12–14 May via Booking.com), but due to the overall experience, we checked out early and did not continue our second night stay. I booked this property primarily because it was displayed as a 4-star hotel on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the actual experience was nowhere close to what one would reasonably expect from a 4-star property. Major concerns during the stay: • Entire room had only harsh white lights with no warm or ambient lighting despite false ceiling fittings. When this concern was raised, the response given was: “Warm lights are your personal choice.” • The main door lock was malfunctioning. We were unable to lock it ourselves and had to call staff. Even the staff struggled multiple times before managing it. This was a serious concern from a functionality and security perspective. • Additional mineral water bottles were charged separately. • Food quality from the restaurant was below average. The most disappointing aspect was the handling of the complaint. I did not call the manager; Mr. Rahul himself called me regarding the complaint. Instead of acknowledging the issues, I was repeatedly interrupted and comments were made such as: “You did not pay for 4-star/5-star services” and “The money you paid is equal to the level of services you are getting.” Rather than understanding customer feedback, the discussion felt focused on proving that the hotel had no shortcomings and that the issue somehow lay with the customer. We requested a refund only for the unused second night (13–14 May), since we had already checked out at approximately 11:30 AM and did not avail that stay. The request was denied. To be fair, except for the management handling of complaints and food quality, the remaining hotel staff were polite, cooperative, and genuinely helpful during the stay.

Rooms were neat & clean. Staff were very accomodative. Food was fresh and tasty.

There were no heater in the room. It was at addtional cost.
