B.G luxury apartment near Air Mall

I made my reservation before one month of our arrival and paid $128 for it in advance. On the day of the check in, I called the accommodation owner to mention about our arrival within half an hour and asked him to be in the accommodation to give us the keys and give us the directions. He said everything is ready and he’s waiting for our arrival. Before we reach the accommodation, I called him many times and sent him couple messages with no replies!!! Afterwards, I called Booking.com to mention this suspicious behavior, and they promised me to call the owner to reply my calls and messages. Then, we drove to the accommodation and before I reach it, he massaged me saying that he can’t give me the accommodation because someone is still inside and will not leave it!!! I told him he should have mentioned this in early morning, when I called him before leaving our previous accommodation. The irresponsibled behavior of the owner caused me to rent a hotel, for my family in that area, which cost me an addition of $680 for two nights!!!!! Again, I called booking.com about our case promised me to refund me the total amount of $128. I’m still waiting for that refund, eventhough it will not cover the total loss of $680!!!

I loved how modern the apartment was and that it was perfect for my stay. The location was perfect not too far from most malls and sites. It was also to get Ubers and deliveries made with not issues at all. The owner was also available when ever I needed something and that made my stay even more easier.

Nothing really thats major just that sometimes late at night there were vehicles that were either racing or something that made a noise but nothing unbearable.
