"Nice and tidy."

Nice and new, had toiletries and nice fluffy towels. Was very good having the off street parking space, as we had a little one with us, so loading and unloading was much easier. Was also good to have a fan in the bedroom as it got very hot upstairs (got to 30 degrees!) Netflix, YouTube and smart TV was a good surprise.

Miscommunication around a cot (says cot available on request), after booking was confirmed I received an email that request was declined. That wasn't ideal for us, called the owner to clarify and he said was going to get one for us, unfortunately it didn't have a mattress, but we improvised with some bedding and made it work. Would be nice to have more basic cooking things (a bit of cooking oil and more salt). English instructions for the Air fryer would also be helpful. Not sure if the cat belongs to the property, but there was a cat that visited us several times (unfortunately I am allergic) and at night there were cat fights outside our window.

The house was very nice and tidy, felt very comfortable. Loved the place and not to far from cod if you wanted to go there.
