Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, super sauber, beste Ausstattung, alles was man braucht, super sauber. Wir haben uns wirklich gefühlt wie zuhause. Die Lage war auch sehr gut.

Es gibt nichts was man bemängeln kann.

Dire tutto è poco. Appartamento davvero bello, arredato con gusto e curato in ogni dettaglio. Confortevole,pulito, letto comodissimo, prodotti d'igiene di cortesia di ottima qualità, prodotti per la prima colazione a disposizione. E last but not least, Lidia una host come ne ho conosciuti pochi...ed io viaggio tantissimo! Gentile, sempre disponibile, anche oltre quella che è la cortesia che ci si attende da un host. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

The host Lidia was exceptional… so friendly and welcoming, was waiting for us at 1am in the morning..even stocked the fridge to the brim with treats..the bed was so comfortable, fantastic shower/bathroom, we were very close to the city centre within 5 mins walk… it was a very secure property, I would highly recommend fi fronte a suite if you ever head to Palermo

We were warmly welcomed by our lovely host Lidia, even though we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully scented, and modern – fully equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries and kitchen utensils. A wonderful surprise was the minibar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, all for free. The location couldn’t be better – right in the city center, just a short walk from Teatro Massimo and within easy walking distance to almost everything in Palermo. Lidia was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and genuinely kind. Thanks to her personal and attentive approach, our stay went smoothly from start to finish. We’re leaving very satisfied, would absolutely recommend this place to others, and if we return to Palermo, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable place, the host was very nice to us and waited for us in order to welcome us to the property even though we were late. Immaculately clean, well furnished. 2 bus stops nearby, depending on which bus you need to take.

I suppose we were missing a washing machine, however there are public laundromats in the city and there really isn’t any space for such an appliance, so it’s understandable.

As an expert traveler for many years I can say this is an exceptional accommodation with an amazing careful host-lady. The apartment is very well located 5 min walk from the main street in the historical area of Palermo, Teatro din Massimo and main station for Hip on-off buses. Also really 5min walk from the main street food Capo Market. Just behind the building is Tribunale di Palermo and a great bonus for a tourist who rent a car there is a 24h undergrounds garage with always available places for just 13 euro/day as parking near historic center maybe a big headache for any tourist. We arrived very late in the night and still the host, a wonderful lady was so kind to wait for us to deliver keys and show apartment. And even more thinking that we will be tired in the morning she placed for us in apartment water, coffee, yogurts, juices, almost everything you need for a good morning start and even more she bought for us as nice welcome a traditional fruit tart. Wonderful Lady host, amazing gesture that shows how much she cares for her guests to feel great as long stay in Palermo! The apartment is spotless clean, well equipped with all you need and very elegant designed with modern furniture, stylish lightings, tv, beautiful kitchen and tasteful bathroom making your stay comfortable. Not neglectable at all wi-fi is great. I strongly recommend this stylish fashionable apartment very well located that has as owner a wonderful lady ready to help anytime and that contributed to our holiday to be one of the best in Italy. .

This apartment is beautiful and close enough to the centre yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is in a quiet residential tower block with a security desk. On entering, you think it is going to be old and shabby, but it is very much the opposite. Beautifully decorated and modern. Well stocked by the fabulous owner who couldn't do enough for us to ensure we had a memorable stay in this vibrant city. My husband and I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
