Harika tertemiz ve çok güzel döşenmiş bir ev. Ev sahibesinin karşılaması çok sıcak ve samimi. Ayrıca ilk eve girdiğinizde masada sizi bekleyen bir şişe şarap , atıştırmalıklar ve buzdolabındaki buz gibi sular incelik ile düşünülmüş harika ayrıntılar idi. Evin merkeze yakınlığı bizce çok iyi , otopark sorunu yok. Merkeze arabanız ile iner iseniz hemen şehir içinde Municipial Agora parking adında bir otopark var akşam saat 22⁰⁰'a kadar açık ve ücreti 4 Euro çok kullanışlı. Ayrıca şehrin doğu tarafında küçük mendirek içindeki 3-4 restoran çok iyi, arabanız ile gidip kolayca park yeri bulabilirsiniz. Kısaca booking com aracılığı ile gittiğim açık ara en iyi konaklama yeri idi. Verendanın güzelliği ve orada bize güzelim İstanbul'u aratmayan bir iki sevimli kediden de bahsetmeden geçmiyeyim.

Everything was great for our family of 4. The host an amazing person,very helpfull and always in touch. The welcome basket was a big surprise. We had all the comfort and had a great vacation here. And about the streets, but as a joke 😅 ...the streets are the same everywhere here, very high ...you have to have a good sport condition or take a cab/bus 🤭

Everything was fantastic. Very cozy apartment with everything you might need for a short stay. Ioanna, the hostess, is a very shiny and positive woman. Thank you for the welcome bottle of wine and the snacks :). She assisted for finding a parking place as well. I recommend the apartment for a short family stay. BTW, there is a lot to see in Kavala.

I can't say anything negative about the apartment. Be prepared that the place is on a very steep hill. But that is the charm of Kavala. If you don't want to climb steep streets and stairs or use your own car - there is a bus stop nearby or you can use a taxi (the ride from/to downtown costs 4 -5 Euro). Yoanna will give you the phone number of a very polite taxi driver.

Absolutely a beautiful apartment! Such details by the owner. Gift basket upon arrival. Very well equipped. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Highly recommended. One of the best stays our entire trip! If your looking for a place in Kavala you cannot do better than this! We WILL be staying here again.

Everything was great about Alice's Art House. It is a super spacious and comfortable house, more a home :) It has a nice veranda where you can get a bit of a sea view and Kavala. It is very nicely decorated and you find all the things you need in the kitchen in case you would like to cook. On top the great hospitality :-) We would love to come back some time.

a peaceful home, clean, prepared accommodation with every detail one could need. We only paid to stay in the hotel but Johanna thought of everything and provided breakfast and wine. Johanna is lovely and kind She will definitely be our first choice when we visit Kavala again Thank you Johanna.

Very clean, spacious property! The hosts are very polite and helpful. They truly have taken care of everything. We will definitely be returning! You will not go wrong with this apartment. Suitable for 4 people, has big common areas and is not far away from the centre. Would recommend to people with cars. Free parking on the street :)
