I chose this property mainly because of the view, it was incredible. I would recommend it to those who want to relax while enjoying the view.

Beautiful views, great hot tub, few different places for sitting outside which was great. Loads of facilities in kitchen, welcomes is with bottle of wine which was lovely

Loved the location and the views. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We liked having the different places to sit in the garden and the hot tub was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Owner's daughter picked us up from the airport - completely hassle free. Showed us around the property when we arrived and we even checked in early. The owner drove us back to the airport at the end of the holiday as well, which was kind and all very friendly. Accommodation was spot-on, with wonderful views of the bay. The hot tub was lovely for cooling down. The aircon was excellent. Facilities were all excellent. And to top everything we even had visits from 5 wild tortoises! A wonderful stay.

It was quite a longish steepish walk back from the town centre - so just be aware....especially in the heat. But to counteract that, the taxi fair was only 4.5 euros.

Stayed here with my wife for 4 nights - we had a splendid experience. The host was very welcoming and helpful, responsive via text to any queries. It is located atop a hill in Tivat and you can see all the beautiful old buildings on the way up to the place in the surrounding neighbourhood. Beautiful sceneries from the garden. Added benefit of having an outdoor hot tub which was very cosy. Great location, only 5 minute drive into Tivat centre. Not too far of a drive from Kotor either. Very clean interior. Welcomed with a free bottle of chardonnay :)

Wonderful and hospitable owners, stunning view, friends, hot bath, what else is needed for a good holiday. The apartment has 2 separate rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, there is everything you need - towels, coffee, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, ice in the freezer. There were three of us, l, my husband and my friend, everyone was comfortable and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

The apartment is located on a mountain, it is a little difficult to climb without a car.
