The breakfast was top-tier: bacon fat crisped to perfection, excellent quality sausages, soft scrambled egg, not to mention the delicious oatcakes. Up there with the best. The view from the bedroom was picture-postcard beautiful and everything was at a high standard. Last, but not least, the host, Felicity, was exceptionally helpful and genuine.

Lots of personal touches, most notably the breakfast selection delivered to your own kitchen at a time of your choosing. Great location with a fantastic view of the beautiful garden and countryside beyond. The host was super friendly. Would highly recommend.

It is a lovely apartment that is a mix of B&B with self catering which is perfect! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. Felcity and Gary were fantastic hosts. The location is great for exploring the Peak District. Eyam village has a lot of fascinating history. The view was spectacular and we were blessed with some great weather

Excellent breakfast, served in the little kitchen which was well equipped. Comfy bed. Our hosts had gone to a lot of trouble to make people's stay a really pleasant one.
