Breakfast was ok based on price

Booking said delux room but it was so small that we couldn't even keep our baggage. There was nothing in the room, it was not even ready when we reached.

The location of the property is exceptional. It is just opposite the Shah-i-zinda complex and a little walk is enough to go to the Registan square. We could also walk along the highway in front to reach the Ulugbek observatory - a bit far, but doable. In the same row of houses there are many utility shops. The breakfast was also very good and served by the lady of the house in a very homely manner. We particularly liked the rice porridge, it was very tasty.

We were very depressed and worried that the proprietor of the place gave us a registration slip for only one night while we stayed and paid for two nights. They did this at the last moment when we were leaving and had to catch a train so that it was not possible to argue with them for long. Fortunately for us, nobody wanted to see the slips at the airport during our return journey. However, we felt that it was very risky for us. We also had problem with language because the hosts could not speak or write English well. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable but a bit gloomy. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room. The hostess provided hot water from the kitchen on request.

Good location, nice hosts, very good breakfast, clean and comfy room with own shower and toilet. Everything went smooth and relaxed.

the personal was so helpful, the owner made it possible for us to eat breakfast 30 minutes earlier so we had time to catch the train. the breakfast was one of the best we have gotten in Central Asia.
