Hotel One DG Khan

Booking was confirmed by the property. Twin bed. Received phone call from hotel 1 hour prior to my arrival that we have no room for you. I replied to the phone call that 100% no refund payment was done only after confirmation. When I reached the hotel, manager did not gave me the required booked room, and forced me to accept 1 mattress on floor and one person sleep on the bed. At the middle of night I have no option, but to accept what they forced me. 1 person slept on bed and one person slept on floor. No Towel was in bathroom. Requested and then got 1 towel whereas we were 2 persons. No toilet paper was there. I called room service, and hot the funniest reply, that we don't use toilet papers in this hotel. You can use water to clean your shit. When I got upset, then the manager sent me one toilet roll. Room was full of insects, I called at the front desk to do some spray, but My request was declined. I can assure you if you make a surprise visit inspection lion to the closest rooms, you will definitely find toilets and rooms full of insects. In the morning at checkout time I requested the front desk manager to refund 50% of my money because you charger for twin bed and you proved single bad and mattress on floor, I was so much upset for the whole last night, and didn't want the get my blood pressure high, so I LEFT the hotel.
