Property is very clean, has fantastic views and is close to airport and CBD. The owner is also friendly.

Getting to the parking space is a bit tricky as the roads are narrow and steep. The kitchen could use additional basic stuff like cooking oil, milk and scissors, but not a deal breaker. We managed without them.

We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and had so much space. The kitchen was well equipped too. The view from the place was so nice and it’s so close to town only a 5 min Uber. We would definitely book again if we were to come back to Queenstown.

Nothing everything was great!

The property was tastefully furnished with comfort in mind. The views were stunning. The location is excellent if you have a car to drive to and from the town centre.

The driveway and parking was an absolute nightmare. We arrived at 10pm in darkness and pouring rain and struggled to find the allocated parking space due to limited instructions with the booking. The extremely steep driveways and small turning circles were challenging in wet and dark conditions.

Location was good. The amenities in the house were good. The cleanliness really let it down.

Cleanliness The house had a musky smell, as though it hadn’t been aired out recently. We also noticed long black hairs throughout the property, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Additionally, there was a water bottle under the couch (not ours, but we left it there), which reinforced that impression. Privacy We were uncomfortable with the camera at the front door. We use the same type of device at home and know it activates when there’s movement, which made us feel like our privacy was compromised, particularly with our children staying with us. We could hear the camera clicking in and out. Wrong code on email. Had to contact the owner to get the correct code. The system also sends the same welcome SMS each day we were there, which was annoying.
