Pokój i łazienka były bardzo czyste. Lokalizacja wygodna, łatwo można dojść do dworca kolejowego oraz do centrum miasta. Kontakt z właścicielką był szybki, dokładnie opisała mi sposób zameldowania oraz przekazała mi przydatne wskazówki. Polecam!

Lovely and cool,slept very well and in a good location. The host was so accommodating and let us check in early which was very kind. Very good at communicating.

Elisa was very welcoming, friendly and kind, recommending places to eat and drink and allowing me to use her kitchen and fridge to make breakfast. She was also well organised and made sure I knew how to operate all the locks. The apartment is very stylish and there is a lovely view over the Arno from the kitchen. The location is great - equidistant (10-15 minutes walk) from the railway station and the main tourist sights, with shopping streets heading in both directions. It was ideal for my short visit to Pisa and Lucca. Thanks Elisa.

The room was in a good location: 10min walk to the city center and also 10min walk to the train station. The building is beautiful and charming. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Elisa was responding quickly to communication. The noise from the streets didn't bother us.

We thought that we had booked the full apartment. When we arrived, the host told us we could just use the bedroom with a private bathroom. The photos and description from the advertisement are very confusing and so a little bit disappointing when we arrived.

Very well located and the Elisa was very nice and she even managed to make the check in earlier.

We were woken up several times by people talking loudly on the street, especially on Friday and Saturday.

Initially I was notified about the unavailability of the room that I booked on the day of the check in and just before I went to the airport, due to the fact that the property was overbooked.Let it be noted that I had booked the room 3 months before the check in. From the photos the hostess sent to me about the available alternative and "equivalent" room I understood that it definitely not equivalent. Initially the bathroom was outside the room, with the ability to lock only from the inside when I used it and also in a common area of the house. So it was quite uncomfortable. The bed appeared to be a sofa bed, and indeed it was, something I can prove with photos and in no case a queen size bed, in fact I was accommodated on the sofa of an office. The owner obviously suggested to change my accommodation to a different "structure" in booking but as you understand, on the day someone travels and arrives at night in a city of a foreign country, it is quite stressful and inconvenient when you can't be sure where you will be accomodated. Because obviously if there was no accommodation available or the ones that were available were worse or in a location that didn't suit me then I would be in a very difficult position, practically without choice. At some point in the registration process, we contacted by whatsapp. I felt threatened when after our disagreement the hostess wrote ok I'm asking booking to move you elsewhere, meaning I'm not going to accommodate you in my structure. When I arrived in the evening I was also informed that the room does not have a lock on the door, the excuse was that it was a neoclassical building and that the security required her not to lock the doors in case of a fire or something like that. Also, when I asked her what I would do with the laptop or other valuables I have with me, she said that she also has an expensive computer, with 6.
