Odamızın konforu herşeyin yeni olması ve manzarası çok güzeldi .Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi.Deniz mükemmel plajı otele yakındı

Sea view, pool

The room was very clean. The towels and sheets were pristine and everything in the room worked perfectly. The hotel pool and spa facilities were excellent and super clean and there was a great atmosphere with all the staff.

The only downside would be the hot food in the breakfast that was served as a buffet such as eggs, bacon and sausages were cold, but the cold breakfast offered like the meats cheese and yoghurt bowls were nice.

Room was clean and comfy with great view of the sea. But you must book sea view and pay extra or your room will overlook a building site.

Staff rude and unprofessional. Breakfast was horrendous!!!!!!! No customer service. Fire alarm at 6:30 am ish. No staff anywhere. Obviously lifts ooo. No support. No clear way out. No explanation or apology. Just rude reception staff saying leave if you don’t like it! People complaining and staff not caring or trying to diffuse high rate guests just antagonising and arguing with them. Thankfully a false alarm as if it wasn’t it could have been a disaster!!!!!! Not a safe situation and was very scary at the time as no idea where to go or what to do.

Das unfreundliche Personal war in jedem Maße ungewöhnlich. Habe ich noch nie so erlebt. Zeitweise war es abends sehr laut, da nicht nur die Gastronomie-Betriebe am Strand sondern auch die Restaurants direkt im Haus die Musik sehr laut einstellten. Die Parkplatzsituation war eine Katastrophe.

The breakfast was good. The balcony in the eating area was lovely - looking over the beautiful blue water.

The bed sheets were clean but the rest of the room was not attended to - floor dirty, ash tray on balcony not emptied, mirror and coffee table not wiped. There were ants in our room. The swimming pool is small and the water very cold ( unheated). The location along the water was poor - hotel right beside construction zone. Better to stay closer to the old town. Cost of stay did not match the quality of the entire experience. Said there was free parking across the street but same not available. When asked about this given a spot along the drive way to their underground parking. Could easily have been side swiped as all cars had to navigate around our car when entering and leaving. Hotel building shared with one other hotel and a casino.
