Excellent location, adjacent to Nature Conservancy reserve. Pie was delicious, and a nice touch. Lovely early morning conversation with the cook.

When we arrived were asked to pay "a small balance due". I was never given specifics about what was unpaid, which totaled around $50. When, after some effort, I produced a copy of my receipt saying "paid in full" I was told that the management would be in touch via text. That never happened, and I ended up not being charged. Still, it felt very uncomfortable to be faced with this unspecified additional charge upon arrival. I overheard a similar conversation about "unpaid balance" being initiated with the people checking in after me.
