I would highly recommend the apartment. It was clean, modern and very close to Playa Torrecilla beach. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The owner and agent were excellent in their communication.

The apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay. Lift up to first floor. Very quiet area. Good selection of tv channels. Well equipped kitchen. Everything in the apartment is very new and in good condition. Nice morning sun on the balcony. Powerful walk-in shower. New, modern washing machine. Great location. Short stroll to the beach. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars close by.

The only thing I will mention is that the shower towels are a bit flimsy and could be upgraded, but this is minor compared to the overall quality of the apartment.

Der WhatsAPP Kontakt mit den Besitzern und mit South Costa ist hervorragend, da überwiegend auch auf Deutsch kommuniziert werden kann. Die vorab erhaltenen Tipps zu Tapas Bars, evtl. Ausflugziele usw. waren sehr hilfreich. Nochmals vielen Dank für die umfangreiche Hilfe bei der Änderung der Buchung über Booking.com. Das sehr gut durchdachte Apartment ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Es gibt so viel Stauraum in allen Räumen, Haken im Bad. etc. In dem Gebäude gibt es sehr viele Wohnungen, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig im Haus. Der Hausflur und das Treppenhaus wird mehrmals in der Woche gereinigt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestellen, Lokale und Bars um die Ecke bzw. in der Altstadt. Besonders anzumerken, wie sauber und gepflegt hier alles ist. Selbst an regnerischen Tagen kann man etwas unternehmen.

Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln
