Great location for families - beach, park, aquarium, everything is walking distance. Flat is cosy and 2 bathrooms are nice

The apartment is good size and is in a very central location to restaurants, bars and the beach in a clean elevator building. The apartment is tastefully decorated and has two bathrooms, washing machine, good internet and a comfortable bed. They held my bags prior to check in so that was nice of the owners considering I had to check in so late. They provided a few coffee pods, water bottles and a chocolate which was kind. This could be a very good rental, but I personally would tweak some things as a remote worker/non-stop traveler.

There is no AC and it was quite warm in the apartment during the day with so much sun shining in and loud at night to keep windows open, so for me, I was not expecting that. I stayed at four other apartments in town and all had at least one to three AC units, so just be aware if you run warm or sensitive to light/noise. Also, the check in and out time is too late and too early (4pm and 10am) and for me that is a big negative. Also, I was made to check in at 6pm as the guests before paid for a later check out, and yet I was not discounted for losing time and the communication about it was not clear. The hosts apologized, but it left a bad taste in my mouth how it was handled. I was only there two nights but it is peev to only be left one towel.

The apartment was spotlessly clean with everything provided for our stay. Laura & Juan went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. Even hand delivering an item of clothing to us which we had mistakenly left in the house. (Thanks again for that!!!)
