Good location

Extremely disappointed. Owner was absolutely rude and unpleasant. They pressured us to book directly to avoid Booking.com fees and insisted on early payment. When we refused to pay four days in advance, but only on the arrival day, the owner withheld the damage deposit £200 which relates to booking.com reservation — which was even higher than the actual booking cost Communication was extremely unprofessional, and the owner was rude over the phone. The property itself is not even close to “luxury” as advertised and was not very clean. Now, Booking.com customer service has had to get involved to resolve the issue.

Great location and convenient for a short stay. Had all amenities and free parking on the road. Is it away from main roads and quiet.

The bedding was not suitable for summer heatwave. Wish thin blankets were available

The state of the garden when we arrived, no towels, hardly any kitchen utensils, no spare linen, pillows and douvets were stained and dirty.

Need security deposits even for 1 day stay like long stay. They are very strict.

House was very neat and comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Host was very helpful too and deposit was refunded the next day after check out.

The bedrooms will be better with bedside lamps.

Easy access on arrival.

The owner was very nice and met us at the property and showed us around and explained how to use the heating etc. Good that we could park outside and it was only about a 10 / 15 minutes drive to Albert Dock. The property met all out needs for our 2 night stay in Liverpool.
