The hot tub was not ready to go when we got there..It took 24 hours for it to heat up. There were still towels left from the last family. The cleaning people do not speak English and dont understand you. We had beer bottle tops left ouside on the chairs There was trash stuffed behing the hot tub. The house layout is awkward. The main leve of the jouse is rhe 2nd floor which has alot of steps going up to it if u access it from the front. There is an entrance on the botrom floor but u still have to go up steps to get to the main area. Unloading your car is not fun with all the stairs. There is no room to park your vehicle directly in front of the house. You have tp park on the side. When we arrived there were broken beer bottles all over the ground(housekeeping came to clean it up but totally missed the glass they parked over.) Do not rent this place if stairs are an issue! One bedroom on each floor. If you like looking at scrub brush and pallets then this location is for you! There is nothing and I mean nothing to look at. The hot tub is in a weird location(very visible by anyone standing outside or driving by) The trash was overflowing for the first 3 days at the community dumpster. There arw no outside garbage cans at the house you have to walk it down the hill. The couch was ripped in several places and one recliner wont even stay reclined when sitring in it. The rug on the main level floor is dirty and gross. No jacuzzi

USThis home had much to offer, plus more. The space was sufficient enough to accompany our family, yet cozy enough to make us feel close-knit. The location was a shorter drive than expected to Dollywood - only 8 minutes away. The home is beautiful inside and out and made us feel very close to nature and comfortable during the entire stay.
I didn’t like the visibility to the neighbors while in the jacuzzi. The tub is located in front of the home, so you can see everything, which means they can see you as well.

USLocation to the stores and restaurants and attractions. The house itself is amazing. Beds are super comfy and the theater room is really cool and game room in loft is great entertaining.
A pool would be nice but having a hot tub is great
