1.前台人員熱情且健談，誠實告知原本房型有些狀況直接幫忙升級Observatory Suite(最大間），寬敞舒適的空間及設備，讓我們留下難忘的回憶！ 2.早餐服務人員十分熱情，用餐環境裝潢新穎，早餐很美味！ 3.入住期間不慎遺失個人物品，服務人員立即提供協助及處理，最後發現不是在飯店遺失，順利找回，但仍非常感謝飯店人員的幫忙！ 4.飯店十分貼心準備嬰兒床、寶寶浴盆、溫奶器、濕紙巾及屁屁膏，非常窩心！

Außerordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Sehr ansprechende Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail.

Das Frühstück für ein 5-Sterne Hotel hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Da erwartet man einfach mehr Auswahl. Insbesondere Brot und Brötchen waren sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein offenes Bad ist sicher auch Geschmacks- und Ansichtssache. Wir bevorzugen eher einen abgeschlossen Raum. Die Vielzahl von Lichtschalter im Zimmer ist sehr irritierend und eine Logik erkennt man hier nicht.

- Baia fara ventilatie - Camera foarte mica - Bazinul sau Jacuzzii este foarte mic si apa este extrem de fierbinte . - la un hotel de 5 stele este de asteptat sa fie de vis totul la bani care am platit .

Ho soggiornato al Kimpton BEM Budapest e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente sotto molti aspetti. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per visitare la città: tranquilla ma comunque comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. L’hotel ha uno stile moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli, con un design elegante ma allo stesso tempo accogliente. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben insonorizzata, con un letto comodissimo e tutti i comfort necessari. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la qualità dei materiali e l’attenzione ai dettagli. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, professionale e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta con il sorriso. Molto piacevole anche l’atmosfera generale dell’hotel, rilassante e raffinata. Ottima la colazione e, se presente, consiglio anche il bar/ristorante per la qualità del servizio. Colazione ottima .. forse un po’ di attesa per la colazione alla carta ma tutto buono. Un soggiorno che consiglio sicuramente a chi cerca comfort, design e un servizio di alto livello a Budapest. Ci tornerei volentieri!
