For the first time, the real thing is better than the pictures. I was impresed by this villa. The view was breath taking, on one side the sea and on the other one the mountains. Very clean. For sure we will return

The house is amazing, designed with love and attention to details. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The garden is amazing, the view is spectacular - Olympus mountain and the sea.

The only air conditioner is in the living room. We stayed in July and because of the hot weather the nights were not so comfortable.

The house is beautiful, very cosy, and comfortable with a lot of attention to detail! The host was very sweet and polite and even made us a homemade cake! :)

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful villa and its host. Just a few short minutes from Litocharo is the perfect base for trips to the mountain or the beach. There was plenty of room for our girls to run around and they even had their own special chidren’s room. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Olive and Vines Villa is a vacation spot in the truest sense of the word. It is a spacious house with incredible style, sophistication, warmth and coziness. Everything inside is made with attention to detail and excellently maintained. Exceptional cleanliness. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, high-quality bed linen and towels. They have a wide terrace. Spacious bathroom with all the necessary toiletries. The living room is large with comfortable sofas. Convenient parking space in the yard. A wide yard in front of the house with a large dining table and chairs. There are big and beautiful trees, singing cicadas and lots of flowers. There are 4 more seating areas in the yard, which are suitable for different parts of the day - for morning and afternoon coffee, breakfast and dinner :) The house also provides a place for children to play, which is very comfortable and pleasant and nice. An incredible view of Mount Olympus and the sea. Excellent location. There are beaches nearby. A warm welcome - I am a smiling, welcoming hostess with a good eye for the guests. Send us all the necessary information about beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. The welcome gift was lovely - thank you! During our stay we had one problem and a few questions that we asked the host - she immediately helped with everything. Words cannot describe this wonderful place and its owner. Thank you Kleoniki!
