Lai gan pilsēta, tomēr villa atrodas ļoti klusā un ainaviskā vietā. Aiz žoga Loro parks, taču arī tas nekādi netraucē, jo ieeja parkā no citas puses. Ļoti patika baseins. Ērts pagalma iekārtojums. Ļoti ērta garāža. Villa izskatās mazāka, nekā ir patiesībā. Tajā ir daudz vietas. Ērtas gultas. Ļoti tīra gultasveļa. Daudz dvieļu. Pietiekami aprīkota ar sadzīvei nepieciešamajiem priekšmetiem

Quiet location overlooking the zoo. About 30-45min stroll into the town centre. Everything you need is in place in the property. Rooms very comfortable and spacious. Outdoor area around the pool was gorgeous with plenty of seating. Pool not heated but we did use it once or twice. I imagine it is a real bonus in the warmer months!

Could do with a more plentiful supply of basics for example dishwasher tablets , toilet roll. It was not clear if it was our responsibility to replenish supplies. When we offered to buy our own we were told we would get some from our contact and then it never arrived. Communication with the property contact also got quite chaotic in the final day of our stay with us having to take the initiative about checkout arrangements for keys etc. There were also mixed messages about luggage storage. We gave up on that in the end and just took turns to guard luggage on our last day as we still had hours until our flight transfer. The site lists luggage storage as one of its facilities. This should be amended to indicate it is only a possibility or taken off all together.

Fue una experiencia maravillosa, muy confortable la casa, tenía de todo, no le faltaba nada, para nuestra familia fue estupendo, Moises es muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, todo fenomenal

La casa estaba fenomenal, había de todo, la piscina fría pero muy bien, la ubicación también bien, al lado del loro Park. Sobretodo quiero destacar lo atento y amable que fue Moises con nosotros. Tuvimos un problema el primer día y lo soluciono enseguida y para cualquier cosa estaba dispuesto con una sonrisa.

Yo propondría que hubiera algún vaso más que eran un poco justos. Pero no hay nada malo que pueda decir de la estancia. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Atención, instalaciones y ubicación

Spacious lounge. Seating area outside - good variety. BBQ facility. Well equipped utility room and kitchen. Ability to park two cars. Privacy. Great sounds from the zoo!

Pool was too cold and loud! General maintenance check ie light bulbs, standard of cleaning, downstairs toilet cistern check not flushing easily. Standard should allow two sets of keys at check in. Bathroom doors do not open smoothly - creates noise when children are sleeping.
