Very clean, 1min to beach and beach restaurants

has no direct main street access, good 100mtrs walk, but once there it's beach paradise being right on beach access

Property is definitely a hidden gem. Not the easiest to get to if you or your driver aren’t familiar but Gus and his team are great at helping and ensuring you get all the information you need for a smooth check in experience. Property is comfortable for a family (there are stairs so for little ones it might not be the right fit) or a group of friends. Love how it’s just a hop away from La Plancha so super easy to get a gojek to go anywhere.

The property is amongst a handful of huts which is great but during our stay there wasnt anyone else there so it did feel a bit of a ghost town. Not Kenzo Hut3’s fault but would be nice for a more lively atmosphere.

Well what an unusual place. A two storey beautiful little villa right in the middle of the hotel resort area of Seminyak. It's so odd it's good. Open a Bintang, sit on the deck and wonder how you got this little gem. Now there is a drawback... half of the resort is dilapidated, lol. But here is what you do: you plot how you're going to buy it and renovate it and spend many beers redesigning the sad abandoned pool bar and odd crumbling buildings. This turns the strange resort into nothing but opportunity! It's actually lovely. It's a diamond that has been only partially exposed from the rough. The location is great - you just wander to the beach at La Plancha or along the beachfront to any restaurant you want. And instead of having to stay in one of those horrible big glass hotel buildings you get the real wooden deal. The actual villa is gorgeous. If I could pick it up and bring it home I would. One double room upstairs and one double room downstairs..

Just do it. You won't find another odd place like this in Seminyak so close to the beach and so nice inside. Just suck up the weird bits.

Great location, right opposite the bars and restaurants at Double 6 beach - directly behind La Plancha. Was a great location for New Years Eve - very noisy but right where the action is. Boho decorated building. King size bedroom upstairs with great balcony. Queen size bedroom downstairs with terrace. Microwave, large fridge, stove, shared bathroom for upstairs and downstairs.

The villa only has one bathroom with toilet downstairs - which wasn’t convenient when I got sick as I had to share it with my stepson. There are about 7-8 villas in the complex but the whole property is a bit rundown and not well maintained. The pool is nice but pool bar not operational and has a kind of deserted feeling - which I didn’t mind as felt unwell so wasn’t up for talking/ meeting people.

Villa location is just amazing, beach is just 50 metres walk with restaurants and bars along the beach walk. Villa was clean, big bedrooms with big beds and fluffy pillows, the ACs were super cold, water heater in the bathroom, and a nice fridge for food & drinks. Gus Puja was our host and he was very nice and helpful. Our stay was excellent and we will definitely come back.
