The apartment was so beautiful and spacious, light and with beautiful details everywhere. The location just on the beachfront and with a big garden - everything felt luxurious and inviting. Sergio the host met us late in the evening and gave us the keys and explained how things work. Also it is a closed gate to the property so it made us feel very relaxed and safe. We enjoyed the short walks to many cozy restaurants and also we made dinner on the lovely balcony a couple of times. Everything about our stay was comfortable and pampering. Thank you so much !

Everything: the location, east access to the beach, private garden and porch, large terrace, amenities in the house. Absolutely perfect!

Perfect access to a wonderful sandy beach in a safe family-friendly location with private parking and outdoor shower. Two nicely renovated bathrooms. Good local bars and restaurants steps away. Friendly and helpful host. Plenty of space to spread out in the unit including numerous terraces. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine in the unit. Easy drive to south eastern sights (Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, etc.)

As indicated by the listing, the air conditioning is limited to the bedroom area and they are very comfortable. The living room and kitchen needed the breezes from the large windows and terraces. (We happened to be there the hottest days of the year.)

The property is grand. It has lots of windows and doors that open allowing you to enjoy the fresh sea air anytime of the day or night. All the furniture is comfortable and the rooms are spacious, but because of the design talent of the hosts, they still feel incredibly warm and cozy. The view is breathtaking. I could sit on the wraparound porch for hours just watching the sea and taking in the laughter of the beach goers during the day and the gentle waves at night. However, there are so many cool restaurants and beaches within walking distance, it’s hard to remain sitting for too long. A+ in every category!

This apartment has a really nice Italian charm and is very spacious for group of six. Kitchen is well equipped for own cooking and there are some restaurants very close by (visited by locals so they must be OK :)). Sandy beach right in front of the house was very popular during heat weather and even late in the evening. Our hosts vere very welcoming and always available to either help with everything we needed or provide suggestions and advice how to navigate around. Only downsides are that the grocery store is some 15 mins walking and the garden is not private but shared with downstairs neighbors with kids. And the sea wiew from terrace gives beautiful morning sunrise and evening moonshine moments.

The Italian authentic style of the house is still kept intact ,the host very friendly and nice leaving us wine ,olive oil from their own production and sweets

Bed linen and pillows either too rough or sintetic fibre feeling uncomfortable ,pillows and towels needs to be replaced for more comfort ,no air condition in a third bedroom but you manage to leave doors open from other bedroom to cool down the small bedroom .

The apartment is in a great location just across the road from the sea and close to local restaurants. It has huge balconies that look out to the sea and make a lovely spot to eat. It is a very large space with two newly renovated bathrooms which are lovely. The style throughout is a bit different to what I find are often bland rental properties. There are beautiful tiles and pieces of furniture and you really feel like you're experiencing an Italian home. The kids loved the fact that there was a garden and large patio area to play in too and all the beach equipment you could need is also available. We loved the basket of goodies provided including homemade marmalade and the local wine. All in all it was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return soon!
